- A welcome email with your login credentuals and setup instructions will be automatically sent to your PayPal email address within a few minutes of us receiving your payment.
- Our system will automatically suspend your connection when your paid term ends unless we have received a further payment for another period of use. To ensure a seamless service we recommend that you set up a regular automatic payment with PayPal. We will provide you with an email notification 48 hours before the imminent expiry of your current paid term.
- Sharing your login details with others is not allowed and we have restricted the number of networks that can be used to a maximum of 3 to control this.
- Requests for refunds must be sent to us in writing within 10 days of purchase using our contact form or via email. Our support team will first offer to help and if assistance is not required we will honour the refund request.
- ChannelHopper TV provides a way for end-users to navigate to UK registered websites from freely available web-browsers and software applications chosen and operated entirely by the end-user. When an end-user (and others they allow) uses this service, they are agreeing to take full responsibility for how they use the internet whilst connecting via this service. It follows that all end-users of this service must continue to adhere to all relevant National and International legislation on internet use and intellectual property law.
